		<abstract>Over the last decades high spectral resolution or hypespectral remote sensing is becoming a very important tool in researches of Earth surface. Recently, Maringá State University (Universidade Estadual de Maringá - UEM) acquired the hyperspectral sensor AisaFENIX (Spectral Imaging - Specim), meaning a new reality related to imaging spectroscopy in the country. For a thorough understanding of sensors data collection and processing, several experiments have been and are being developed. In this scenario, experiments were conducted in 2015 and 2016, in which images were collected at around the same time of the year and with similar solar angle, in order to evaluate the quality of the data from the two years after sensor laboratory calibration. On February 22nd, 2015 the first flight was performed. The second aerial survey was held on May 1st, 2016. On the route of both flights specific targets were arranged, with spectral behavior already known. Through the hyperspectral images radiance data of the cited targets were collected and analyzed statistically, generating high values for the coefficient of determination (R2 = 0.93 to 0.98). However, despite the similarity of the albedos, there was significant difference between the years (F test, &#945; = 0.05). Thus, the results demonstrate the importance of the calibration process, so hyperspectral sensor AisaFENIX remains stable in Brazilian conditions of humidity and temperature, resulting in reliable data.</abstract>
